Purchasing artwork does not grant reproduction or resale rights unless a separate licensing agreement is provided. All prices listed on the site may change without notice, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Shipping times may vary, and we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage after an item has shipped; however, if an item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days with supporting photos. Due to the nature of artwork—especially custom or digital items—sales are typically final, and refunds are only issued in cases of shipping damage or mistakes on our part. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies. At Sky's Artwork, your satisfaction is important to us. Because many of our products are custom, handmade, or one-of-a-kind, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds and returns.
Most artwork—especially original pieces, prints made to order, and digital products—is non-refundable once purchased. Please review all product details carefully before placing an order.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, you may request a replacement or refund.

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered. If a package goes missing during transit, we will assist you in submitting a claim with the shipping carrier.
Digital downloads (such as digital art files or commissions delivered electronically) are non-refundable once the file has been sent or downloaded.
Custom artwork cannot be refunded after the work has begun. If you cancel before any work starts, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion. Deposits for commissions are typically non-refundable.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our end.
